We take the security of your data seriously. Keito Buddy is designed with privacy and protection in mind.

Data Encryption

All data transmitted between your device (Telegram/Web) and our servers is encrypted using TLS/SSL (Transport Layer Security). Data at rest in our databases is protected by Supabase's enterprise-grade security controls.

AI & Privacy

Keito is an AI-powered assistant. When you send messages:

• Your message content is processed by our AI models (e.g., OpenAI) solely to generate a response or perform a task.
• We do not use your personal data to train public AI models.
• Contextual memory is stored securely and accessed only when relevant to your conversation.

Access Control

Your data is accessible only by you. Our internal access to user data is strictly limited to debugging and maintenance purposes, governed by strict access controls.

If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it immediately to security@keitobuddy.com (or hello@keitobuddy.com). We will investigate and address it promptly.
